The short version

We collect very little. We do not use advertising or tracking, and we do not sell or share your details.

What we collect

If you send a message through our contact form, we receive your name, your phone number or email address, and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to help the group.

Who looks after your message

This website is built and looked after for the group by Jake Wells of JW Community Websites (jake@jwcommunitywebsites.co.uk). Messages go to him first and are passed on to the group’s volunteers when needed. The form is handled by a company called Formspree, which passes the message to us.

How long we keep it

We keep messages only as long as we need them to reply and help, and then delete them.

On your own device

If you change the text size or contrast, the website remembers your choice on your own device. It is not sent to us or anyone else.

Photos

If we show a photo of you on this website and you would rather we did not, tell us and we will take it down.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us and we will help. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
